Father’s Day is right around the corner–it’s Saturday, June 17th. If you’re not sure what to get for a present, don’t panic. Check out some car-related gifts for Dad.
- For dads who like to get a little formal, some leather driving gloves make a great gift! Driving gloves assist with performance driving and allow for better grip on the steering wheel than winter gloves. Even if it’s a little warm to wear them right now, Dad will be excited to try it come winter.
- If Dad likes to do his own shopping and bargain-hunting, consider a trip to U Wrench It for a weekend sale in June, with lunch afterwards. He can pick out his own gifts for his DIY car maintenance needs, and because our already-low prices are discounted even further at weekend sales, you can foot the bill without having to worry.
- The new Distracted Driver law goes into effect on July 1st, so make sure Dad is prepared. Get him a smartphone dash mount and other accessories so he can use his phone while still being in compliance with the law.
- You can’t have a car without keys of some type, so consider a personalized keychain. Or if Dad is prone to misplacing his, get him a key tracker. Some even have smartphone app capabilities with GPS tracking to make finding lost keys even easier.
No matter the items you get Dad for Father’s Day, remember that quality time together and thoughtful, heartfelt messages will be the best gift you can give him.
